Each product is licensed separately. Prices are annual, in pounds sterling, and every seat covers two devices for the same individual.
All prices exclude VAT. Any tax that applies where you are is calculated and shown at checkout.
BWIC Compliance
Checks opening and service configurations against documented Tested Systems.

What every licence includes
The complete product
No feature tiers. Individual and Corporate run identical software; the plans differ in how many people may use it.
All four Revit versions
One licence covers the builds for Revit 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. Use whichever your project is on.
Updates while active
Improvements and support for new Revit releases are included for as long as the licence is active.
Two devices per seat
Each named user may activate on two machines — a workstation and a laptop, for example.
A short offline grace period
Licences keep working briefly without connectivity, so a site visit or a network outage does not stop work.
14-day refund guarantee
Tell us within 14 days of your order confirmation and we refund that licence period in full, no reason needed.
Questions about licensing
How does the free trial work, and what is limited?
Every product has a free 14-day trial, and no feature is switched off in any of them — you evaluate the complete product, not a cut-down one. What differs is volume. BWIC Compliance allows 50 checks and 50 openings per export; BWIC Extractor caps Excel export at 50 openings per file while leaving analysis unlimited; Parameter Exchange caps export at 10 rows per file while import and preview stay unlimited; Model Inspector and Avatar have no volume limit at all. The 14 days run from first activation, and where there is a cap the trial ends when either the days or the cap runs out. Trials carry no grace period.
Are seats tied to named people or shared across a team?
Seats are per named individual. Each seat may be activated on up to two devices belonging to that person. The software enforces the total activation count rather than identity, but using spare activations to give extra people access is a breach of the licence agreement.
Can I move a seat to a new computer?
Yes. Deactivate the seat from the old device inside the software, then activate on the new one. If a machine is lost or replaced without being deactivated, write to info@neosphyr.com and we will release it.
What happens when a licence expires?
The product stops running until a valid licence is activated. Nothing is deleted from your device and none of your model data is affected.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this site is exclusive of VAT and of any other sales tax. Neosphyr Ltd is not currently VAT-registered, so no UK VAT is added to a licence arranged by email today. When online checkout goes live, payments will be processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record, and the tax that applies where you are is then determined and shown to you before you pay.
Is there a monthly option?
Not at the moment. The list is annual. If a monthly arrangement matters for your procurement, tell us and we will discuss it.
What about more than 25 users?
Corporate plans above 25 seats are agreed case by case. Tell us the seat count and which products you need.
